I haven't tested this setting
much to see what effects it has in the game. I.E. I am not certain whether
a character can be changed from a Gardener to a Repair Person. I do know
that characters living in normal households ignore this setting and NPC
characters that move in through normal game interaction retain this
setting as well even though they become unemployed. It may actually be
ignored altogether by the game but further testing will need to be done
first to be sure.
